1. Bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of €25 per person within 2 weeks
of booking date
Free B&B 2. Confirmation of final numbers and full prepayment of the final account required 4 weeks
before party date.
3. Thursday and Sunday dates will require full pre-payment 4 weeks before party date to
guarantee your free room.

4. Confirmed numbers are taken as final. No refund or transfer will be allowed, regardless of

Free B&B 5. The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings, without notice, if prepayment is not received.
6. Additional numbers will only be catered for subject to availability.
7. All party nights are strictly for adults over 18 years.
Thursday 14th December 2017 8. Management reserves the right to refuse entry at the venue.
9. Management reserves the right to cancel a booking should the behaviour of expected guests

10. Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel is not responsible if a performer or group cancels.
11. Single rooms are available as part of the free B&B offer with a supplement of €50.
Saturday 16th December 2017 12. As part of the Free B&B offer, the hotel will decide number of occupants per room. Requests
can be made but may not be guaranteed.
Mad Hatters & DJ €60 13. The hotel reserves the right to refund a deposit in circumstances when a booking is made
through a third party or under false pretences.
