HIA Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards provide home builders and designers the opportunity to receive
recognition, and showcase their work to the broader industry. Not only is this a great way to promote your business, but
also to spotlight your style of work to potential clients.
The awards cater for entrants ranging from small family-owned businesses right up to the biggest names in the
residential building industry, but one thing is sure - you have to be in it to win it!
By entering the awards you could be widely recognised as an industry leader for quality workmanship, design excellence,
innovation, or professionalism; shown by the strong legacy of HIA Awards.
Plus, winning a HIA Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Award is a signal to both the industry and your future clients that

Use this booklet to choose your categories and understand the judging criteria to enter your project into. You can enter
any projects you have completed in the two years leading up to the closing date. But, make sure to get your entry in well
before the closing date so you don’t miss out!
