BEHIND THE MAGIC
Disney Performing Arts On Stage
presents ‘Behind the Magic’

Have you ever dreamed of shining on a Disney
Stage?

This brand new & unique programme is designed
to take you through all the necessary steps to get
there, ensuring that each student has an exciting
and educationally valuable glimpse into our
world of professional entertainment!

The framework of the course which is directly
linked to the Stagecoach educational framework,
and also links into Key Stage 4, A level and BTEC
performing arts course consists of multiple work
sessions with Disney professionals,
encompassing dance, acting, singing, audition
skills & stage performance. All aimed at
developing students' confidence in their ability to
work, learn and achieve their full potential.

A full onstage rehearsal will happen before the
park opens to the public, culminating in a
performance on a Disney stage to an
international audience.

An additional highlight will be the opportunity to
interact with Disney show directors & artists in an
exclusive Disney Performing Arts Q&A session.

We are delighted to work with Stagecoach
Performing Arts on another season of "Behind
the Magic" at Disneyland® Paris.

travel together as a group and each passenger
will be allocated a numbered seat. Children under
the age of 3 can travel for free but they will not
have their own seat and will need to travel on one
of the parents' lap.

Eurostar timetables for January 2023 are not yet
published and should direct trains not be
available on the event dates, we will EITHER
reserve return seats on indirect trains via Lille OR
reserve seats on the Paris Gard du Nord route

minutes before your scheduled departure time as
stated on your ticket, in order to check in for a
Eurostar train and carry out the necessary

Eurostar. Bags up to 85cm long can be taken on
board with you, as long as you can safely carry
them and put them on the luggage
rack. There are also no restriction on liquids.

        long) including rucksacks, bags
        and suitcases
1 small piece of hand luggage, e.g.
        handbag, laptop bag or briefcase

Pushchairs and prams travel for free in addition
to the individual allowance. You’ll just need to
fold your pram and store it in the luggage rack
above your seat.

Disneyland Paris Information
Destination
DISNEYLAND® PARK

The main park of Disneyland® Paris, the action is
spread out across five different themed lands.
Highlights include more than 40 rides and
attractions including Space Mountain, the Buzz
Lightyear Laser Blast® and Pirates of the
Caribbean, along with spectacular parades and
shows. Photo © Disney.

WALT DISNEY STUDIOS® PARK

This theme park uncovers the magical worlds of
cinema and television. Students can explore four
studio lots, from animation at Toon Studio to car
stunts at Backlot, Hollywood blockbusters at
Frontlot, plus the secrets of film sets and
costumes at Production Courtyard®. High-
octane rides include The Twilight Zone Tower of
Terror™ and Crush’s Coaster. Photo © Disney.

EXTRA MAGIC HOURS

Guests staying on site in one of the Disney’s
Hotels benefit from “extra magic hours” in the
Theme Parks. This privilege allows early risers to
sneak through the gates long before everyone
else, as the rides are only just whirring into
action. Expect little to no queues, lots of space
and a feeling that you have the parks entirely to
yourself. Extra Magic Hours normally begin at 8
am and mostly take place at Disneyland Park.
Not all attractions are included, but the list
usually comprises a selection from Fantasyland®
and Discoveryland®. On some dates, Extra Magic
Hours also happen in the Disney Studios. In order
to access the Extra Magic Hours, you will need
your Hotel Easy Pass – a small card which will be
given to you at check-in. At the park gate, look for
the signs reading “Disney Hotel Guests” and
follow them to the gate, allowing you to bypass
the queues. You will need to show your Hotel
Easy Pass at the Gate.

YOUR PARK TICKETS

Your Park tickets will be inside your check-in
envelope. Your package includes hopper park
tickets for three consecutive days giving access
to both the Disneyland Paris® Park and the
Park during opening times. Your
Disney Studios®
ticket can be used to go in and out of the parks
as many times as you wish during its validity so it
is possible to spend a few hours in the Parks, go
back to the hotel and return into the Parks on the
same day.

Please note that once a ticket is used, it is
validated for that day no matter how long you
remain in the parks for. Please look after your
tickets carefully: if a ticket is lost or damaged, it
will have to be purchased again at your own
expense at the full rate for individuals.

SINGLE RIDER

This is a free service aimed at reducing waiting
time at several attractions. Accessed by a
special entrance, this service is for guests who
are happy to be separated and to embark the ride
individually. It does not give immediate boarding
or a choice of seat or vehicle.

Pick up a “Guide to the 2 Parks” at the entrance of
both Theme Parks for details of attractions
offering this service.

DISNEY ILLUMINATIONS®!

Gaze in awe at Sleeping Beauty Castle as Mickey
leads you through a dazzling Disney
Illuminations extravaganza. Magnificent
fireworks, incredible light projections and
stunning special effects bring classic Disney
tales and new stories to life, including Star Wars,
Frozen and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Nightly Show happens daily just before closing
time. A valid park ticket is needed.

DISNEY VILLAGE®

Located between the Theme Parks and the
Hotels, the Disney Village is a pedestrianised
area featuring restaurants, bars, themed Disney
shops and a cinema. Park tickets are not
necessary to access the Disney Village and all
attractions (including the shops) are open till
late.
