Editor's Note
The signature Hiranandani look we have all come to love, now
defines the Panvel skyline. The first rains of 2021 have
transformed the skylines of Panvel. Miles of greens, the
chirping of birds, the smell of fresh flowers, and the
continuous cool winds make Hiranandani Panvel,
a must-visit.
Along with the monsoons, we are also delighted to announce
the completion and receipt of the O.C. of our 3-Bed
Residence towers, Flora, Selene, and Artemis. The construct
of the podium is at pace, landscaping works, now ongoing.
Albeit the lockdown mode, Hiranandani Trust School has
expanded and now enrolls students up to Grade VI. A new
annex has now taken shape above Retail - C.
An array of conveniences, including an ENT clinic, a
pharmacy, a laundromat have opened doors adding to the
already existing general retail, taking the total number of
operational shops to beyond 10.
Today Hiranandani Fortune City, Panvel proudly hosts over
200 families and nearly 700 residents.

Over 600 trees are scheduled to be planted, across the complete Forest Enclave Sector.

A very-short span of 3 years. Is all it took for Hiranandani Trust School
being awarded the best pre-school in Navi Mumbai, provide education
digitally, have over 100 students in its roster and expanding nearly 2 times

Admissions for Academic Year 2021-22 is ongoing. The school is currently
accepting students from Playgroup up to Grade VI. It follows the ICSE
