LOGOS
LOGO EVOLUTION

The Tilted Kilt® Pub & Eatery has evolved through the years. Starting   2003
as a single pub in the Las Vegas Rio Hotel & Casino, the brand has
grown beyond expectations—serving up thirst-quenching beverages,
mouth-watering food, the best sports and entertainment, and hiring
the most fun and attractive staff. As the brand grows, we must never
forget our history and where we come from.

LOGOTYPE (PRIMARY)

    The words “Tilted Kilt®” may not appear without the words “Pub
    & Eatery.” This logo is to only be displayed as red, white or black.
    There cannot be a mix of colors. This is considered the primary
    “stacked” logo and is available in color, black and white.

    Any exceptions require prior written approval from Tilted Kilt
    Franchise Operating, LLC (“TKFO”).

    These restrictions do not apply to construction and architectural
    guidelines. Please contact the Pub Development team at TKFO
    regarding construction and architectural guidelines.

    Give the logo a room to breathe.

    If you prefer to rotate the logo, it can only be at 4°;

ALTERNATE MARK (SHIELD)

THE “SHIELD LOGO”
This is NOT a primary logo mark and CANNOT be used as a sole brand
identifer on print or web materials. The Shield is used on apparel,
accessories and retail merchandise. In special cases, it may be used as
a secondary logo on a building due to city ordinance. All signage usage
must have prior written approved by TKFO, LLC.

The ribbon may not be removed from the shield shape. The contents
of the ribbon text may not be altered. The colors may not be altered
or changed. In instances where a black and white logo is required, a
grayscale version of the shield logo may not be used. Please refer to the
black and white versions only.

The Shield is a registered trademark and must have the ® symbol.

Our primary typefaces are Alternate Gothic No. 2, Sheepman
Open Sans and Demacratica.

Secondary typefaces are for special instances like display type
treatments and when extra emphasis is needed. These include
Alize, Magneta and Griffon.

TARTAN & PATTERNS

TARTAN

The Tilted Kilt® tartan is a registered tartan through the Scottish
Register of Tartans. You cannot use an alternate red tartan and
must depict the correct weave in any advertising or marketing.

As the tartan is a very bold and eye-catching pattern, the tartan
may only take up 5% or less of the design. It cannot be the main
background or texture unless opacity is adjusted as seen in the
examples. The tartan textures available are categorized into two
categories—graphic and textural tartans. The graphic tartan is
reserved for headers, footers, margins and spines.

The tartan should never become a distraction, but instead an
accent. Primarily, the tartan is a reference to the kilt worn by the Kilt
Girls® and any use should allude to such.

PATTERNS

Several patterns have been developed for alternate background
textures or Spot UV for print pieces.

PHOTOGRAPHY / FOOD & DRINK

Feast your eyes. Each image should be one of craft and fresh-
made ingredients to appeal to the visual senses. Image should
always feature dark, textural backgrounds that allude to the pub
atmosphere while focusing on the great-tasting food.

PHOTOGRAPHY / ARCHITECTURAL

Welcome to the party. The goal of restaurant architectual
photography is to make potential guests excited to see the space
firsthand. Each pub nationwide is unique but consistent in the old-
world inspired décor, multiple TVs and fun atmosphere that creates
the perfect location for a night out with friends and family.

PHOTOGRAPHY / ATMOSPHERIC

Fun is in our nature. The ‘Kilt® is your go-to hub for all things sports,
food and fun, and must be depicted as such. The pubs are the
perfect place to connect with friends, or meet new ones while being
served by the friendly, attentive and best-looking cast in the world.

KILT GIRLS®

The only cut-out Kilt Girls® approved for use in any advertising are Tilted
Kilt® Calendar Girls. Any use of other girls must receive prior written
approval by TKFO. Kilt Girl® images may not be altered or flipped on a
horizontal or vertical axis. Kilt Girl® images may not be cropped so the Kilt
Girl® is missing a head. No unnatural glow effects are to be used.

LIMERICKS

The use of limericks is a nod to the pub’s old-world origins. However,
each poem puts a new spin on the classic structure. While our limericks
