IE Women Initiative
At IE University we firmly believe that more women in the classroom
means more women in future top positions and more women becoming
entrepreneurs, investors and decision-makers in the global sphere.

The IE Women initiative flourished with the work of IE Faculty,
researchers, IE student clubs, IE alumni and IE staff, to design the best
possible tools to attract and retain women talent, to further understand
what holds women back and together find the best paths to inspire
confidence and advance women along their pursuit of success.
