Regardless the type of event you wish to organise, our Martini Racing Club, centrally located on the domain,
will surprise you with its stylish, modern location. The Club is available for groups up to 253 people and
offers a spectacular view over the start and finish line as well as over the famous 'Thierry Boutsen-chicane'.
On its beautiful terrace, you can follow the race from the front row. The location is equipped with the newest
presentation possibilities and offers an excellent catering.

Congress Center
The Congress Center, above the Expo Hall, is without a doubt a prime location for the organisation of
professional meetings, workshops, seminars, dinners etc. The Congress Center consists of 5 modular rooms.
Thanks to the remarkable architecture with cantilevered, ceiling high windows, guests can enjoy a far-
reaching view over the circuit. In our Congress Center, you can receive up to 264 guests. The location is
equipped with the newest presentation possibilities and offers an excellent catering.

located above the boxes, next to the pit lane. Unique to this location, is the 'backstage' view: cars entering
the pit lane, pilots preparing themselves for the race, mechanics at work… This playfully decorated room
serves perfectly for creative meetings and workshops as well as for stylish seminars and staff parties.
At the impressive bar, people can enjoy a drink and have a chat.

Magnum Lounge
Our Magnum Lounge, located in the reception building of Circuit Zolder, is the ideal choice if you are
looking for a practical meeting room, in a very special location, with seats for up to 30 people. A rather
unique element is the terrace offering a view over the start and finish line and over the grandstands.
Meetings take place at a unique, large table in the shape of the race track. In the background, you will hear
the race cars driving past. The Magnum Lounge is equipped with a projection screen, beamer, Wi-Fi and
air-conditioning.

can be adapted according to the chosen formula. Guests will be offered a beautiful view over the pit lane,

is at the top of the list. This concept can be booked exclusively during big races for high-end business
customers.

It already begins on the parking lot. Once arrived, you can enjoy a carefree day. On the parking lot, our
shuttle service takes you to the Presidentz Club in a state-of-the-art vehicle. During the catering, a personal
maître will remain at the service of your company. Your guests will witness spectacular show cooking
and will be served a splendid star dinner including exclusive wines, adapted to each meal. Our selection
of cognac and cigars will complete the gastronomical experience. There will certainly be no shortage of

In our paddock zone, you will find yourself in the middle of the public. The possibilities are endless, as is the
space. In this zone, there are 6 asphalted terrains of in total 25,000.00 m². They all have a different size.
You can rent per 100 m² during top events.
You have special demands? Unusual wishes? Everything is possible within these zones: a hospitality activity,
animation, a VIP event… There are no limits to what is possible here. One thing is sure: your booth will
