This lake is part of the Chapleau River system which borders the Chapleau Game Pre-
serve. Wildlife is abundant, and the fish are plentiful in this slow moving section of the
river. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a shower room, screened porch, and a large kitchen
/ dining room.

This one bedroom cottage received extensive renovations through 2017 and now of-
fers a large screened in porch, shower room, and electric system. This 4+mile lake is a
slow moving stretch of the Shawmere River system (with major rapids on either side
stopping boat navigation).

(B) Bush Cottages Include: Propane systems are setup with a 4 burner stove/oven, lights, fridge with a small freezer compartment, and BBQ –
woodstove for heat - Solar electricity (usually with a small backup generator) for electric lights and outlets. All cottages have a screened in front porch unless otherwise
noted. All cottages are equipped for housekeeping and include all dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Boats on the main cottage lakes are equipped with padded swivel
boat seats with a back rest, paddles, fishing nets, minnow buckets, safety kits, and average adult size life jackets.
(VIP) VIP Cottages Include: All features of our (B) Bush camps +PLUS + Hot and Cold running water (untreated lake water) for sinks and indoor
showers, 5+ cubic foot electric deep freezer, with a generator for electric lights and outlets.
(M) Mobility Access: Features an easier walking trail from the cottage door to the dock for guests with difficulty walking on uneven ground.

DRIVE-IN LODGE
IVANHOE RIVER INN
We WELCOME you, our guests, to Northern Ontario’s premiere vertical log resort. The Ivanhoe River Inn is the starting point for all of our trips. This is our airbase, lodge, cottages,
marina, Café, fish and game cleaning building, and general store. The Inn will offer you: lakeside dining in our Café or on the log crafted deck, an outfitting store, shower and
washroom facilities, and a guest lounge serving food and spirits. All cottages have gas BBQs, full bathroom and kitchens, full electricity, satellite TV, and all bedding/towels. Free
satellite WIFI at the lodge and the closest cottages. All packages are PET FRIENDLY.
Log Cottage Suites: These 4 log suites are 480 sq. ft. and feature a vaulted ceiling, 4 piece bath, 1 bedroom and the main room is a cozy blend of a full kitchen and
living room carved from native timbers. The suites offer a front porch with one adjoining cottage and a fire pit stocked with wood in the front yard. The ideal party size is 2 to 3
or close families up to 5. Cottage has 5 beds.
Vip Log Suites: These 2 executive suites have an elevated view over Ivanhoe Lake from the second floor log balcony. Each suite is over 1200 sq. ft. and offers two
separate bedrooms, a loft as a third sleeping area, huge vaulted ceiling, big screen TV, and huge living room areas. The ideal party size would be 6 to 8 or close families up to 12.
Suites have 8 beds and 2 fold up cots.
Juniper Cottage: This is a spacious 1600 sq.ft. cottage with room for 8 guests in 2 bedrooms. A near-by bungalow offers an additional bedroom for 2 more guests.
The cottage is located within walking distance (100 metres) from the main lodge, and has a lovely view of Ivanhoe Lake. The cottage has electric & wood stove heat, a washer /
dryer, a full kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms. Cottage has 8 beds and 2 fold up cots.

Package Information: Cottage accommodations for your group plus one 14ft V-hull Lund Boat and 15hp Yamaha motor and all fuel for every 2 adults. Odd
number group sizes can ride 3 in a boat and pay the accommodations rate for the 3RD person (rates below) and / or rent an additional boat for the week. Parties that do not
need a boat & motor, for each two members should contact us to create a custom package.
Our 5-day package runs Sunday to Friday, and is based on at least 2 adults in the group. To add or remove a day, add or subtract the rate by $85/day/adult. With our boat/
motor package, we offer a discounted rate for a one-day fly-in fishing trip during the week (Mon-Thurs) for $300/adult/day minimum 4 adults, not to exceed 1200lbs for
the aircraft.

CONSERVATION FISHING: The reality of fishing the wilderness with Air Ivanhoe is that 99%
of the fish you catch will be released (as you will have more than enough for daily fish fries). As such, we
strongly encourage the use of barbless hooks. We ask our customers to release ALL Pike over 32”, ALL Walleye
over 23”, and ALL Smallmouth Bass over 18”. These larger fish are the prime breeders for these lakes, and
are valuable to maintain the balance of the lake, so catch a trophy on your camera and release it! Please!

Many of our guests have adventured with us for decades, and many share multi generation fishing trips with their families & friends. So

COVID-1q POLICY FOR ALL GUESTS:
GUESTS: Air Ivanhoe Limited will continue to follow government & health authority
regulations related to COVID-1q. We will also require as a guest to follow the same regulations. All guests will accept the responsibility of
protecting themselves, and other guests, staff or the general public from COVID-1q. Guests will be required on arrival to sign a COVID-1q
release waiver.
SUPPLIES: We recommend that all guests have everything that they need prior to leaving home. Please give us 2 weeks notice on
supplies including alchohol, food & large orders of soda/water and bait that you would need for us to pre-purchase or supply beyond
standard items listed in the brochures.
FISHING / HUNTING LICENSES: With all the folks working remotely at home, issuing fishing/hunting licences became very
time consuming due to poor internet availability and speeds. We’re requesting that if possible, use the Ontario government website to pre-

OUTPOST AND EQUIPMENT UPDATES: Check out Air Ivanhoe’s Instagram and Facebook pages to see constant updates of
our adventures. We are in a constant state of maintenance and upgrades with major projects, Ex: docks/roofs/siding/windows at Biggs,
Pebonishewi South, Rice South and Bromley Lakes and minor upgrades throughout the cabins. We purchased 36 brand new Yamaha 4
stroke outboard motors in 2020 to add to our fleet of over 200 Yamaha outboard motors, and also another dozen new Honda generators.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE: The US currency averaged at a 25-30% premium over the Canadian dollar in 2020, and seems to have
stabilized around this premium. So if you are coming from the US your dollar is at a very high value.
DEPOSITS & CORRESPONDENCE: The winter office is in Canada again this season. All deposit and payment checks / mail
should be sent to the winter address listed on the back of the brochure from mid November to April 15th. Our summer lodge address has
not changed, nor has our email / phone. For our repeat US guests, we are holding tentative reservations (without a deposit) until the border
opens. When the border opens, US guests will have 14 days to validate their plans with a deposit. For any guests that elected for us to
hold their deposit from 2020 rather than refunding it, your deposit and reservation is still in place for 2021. For our Canadian guests, a
deposit is required within 14 days from initiating your reservation.

Nemegosenda Lake is approximately 8 miles in length, 2 to 3 miles wide and a lake surface area of 4,600+ acres. On the northern end of the lake, the Nemegosenda River flows north for
a navigable 14 miles. The lake has a maximum depth of 300’with plenty of great fishing structure in the 10’to 30’depths. The Nemegosenda River averages 15’to 20’depths.

paved road (Ivanhoe Lake Road / Ivanhoe Park Road). Look for a vertical log building on lake
side.
16. There are no refunds for early departures for any reason.
17. If the government enacts COVID-19 related regulations pertaining to a “stay at home order” or
other travel restrictions physically preventing all members in your group from making the
trip happen in 2021, 100% of your deposit will be available for 2022.
18. Group Sizes: Group sizes listed within our packages are based on “comfortable” accommo-
dation levels for the various cottages and are not set by any government agency.
If government regulations are established regarding maximum group sizes in cottages relating to
COVID-19, these will apply. Groups would then have the option of renting additional cottages (if
available) or bringing additional tents/trailers/RVs.
FLY-IN INFORMATION:
1. Overweight charges are .90 cents* per pound and overloads are flown in at our discretion.
On return flights to the seaplane base, the excess food or returnable cans/bottles will be
flown out if they can be safely loaded on the aircraft.
2. Parties in the bush are flown out when the replacement party arrives at the base. Parties
wishing to alter prearranged flight days will be subject to an additional charge. Cottage
