X-Yachts has focused on high quality performance-oriented cruisers and
racing yachts since the yard was founded in 1979. Throughout the eighties,

X-Yachts models have won nine official ORC World Championship titles, and

they have topped the podium at the Admiral’s Cup and the Commodores’ Cup
maintaining superb sailing qualities.

In autumn 2010, X-Yachts reveiled the next generation of cruiser-racer with the
new Xp 44, a boat designed to set new standards of sailing experience. The Xp

With X-Yachts experience gained from building more than 6,000 yachts for the
yachting market in performance cruising and racing, the decision was taken
in 2006 to build a completely new and dedicated cruising yacht: the Xc 45.
Apart from the Xc 45, the total Xcruising range now consists of the Xc 38, the
Xracing
Xc 42 and the Xc 50.

COMFORT
A feeling of space and light
A traditional layout, with an L-shaped galley to port and a Nav. station to starboard, utilizes
the space in the saloon well. There is plenty of room for electronics and storage
throughout.
The fore and aft double cabins are comfortable, with optimum ventilation from the opening
port lights and skylights. The head is spacious and has access to a large wet locker for
drying clothes.
The port lights throughout are openable, with curtains as standard. The deck hatches are
fitted with Oceanair blackout and mosquito blinds.

Attention to detail
As you descend into the companionway, you immediately experience
a feeling of quality and space. The furniture details are of the highest
grade mahogany, hand-finished with a satin touch. The horizontally
grained bulkheads also add to the modern look.
