OUR MISSION
A place that feels familiar; like home.
Our Rhythm, Our Blues highlights the celebration and sorrows of
marginalized voices through history, stories, music, and visual art.
We showcase carefully curated stories that speak beyond the
textbooks, and dig into the stacks - stories that are told at the feet
of grandmothers and pulled from personal experience.
Accompanied by artworks that tell the times and mirror the stories
being told, we create a fluid and comprehensive volume that
represents marginalized voices through their own lens.

This is your moment. A moment for women of the world to
express themselves fully and without apology - for us as women
to yell our frustrations, celebrate our triumphs, and find peace
in the ease of life. We juggle life with the calmness of a gentle
breeze and we do it with the world on our shoulders. In this
moment we are putting the Ladies First. Our Voice. Our Views.

OUR PROCESS
We are currently accepting writing samples or pitches (up to
250 words) for our digital issue launching in March 2021.

designers, and more.
Our goal is to showcase the journey or women through life,
mental health, maternity, work, and more.
OUR PROCESS
We are currently accepting visual art submissions. Please
share an online portfolio, social media page, or .zip file of
images under the size of 10MB.
