Statement of Application Record
Before the end of May, each applicant will be sent a Statement of
Application Record.

It is the student’s responsibility to check the following carefully:
 Courses shown & in the correct order of preference?
 Codes correct?
 Exam number correct?
 Exemptions mentioned?
 Personal details correct?

If there is any error or omission, student must amend the
Statement and return it to CAO.
If you do not receive a Statement by 1st June contact CAO
immediately.

HPAT – Health Professions Admissions Test
        Students applying for Medicine

HPAT Registration – online only.
Student must register for HPAT test at:
              www.hpat-ireland.acer.org
Student must have CAO Application Number to register
for HPAT.
Registration closes: 5.15pm 20th Jan 2020
Test date: 22nd February 2020
HPAT Results: late June 2020

ongoing illnesses & mental health issues)

SUSI - Student Universal Support Ireland. Online
only grant applications system:
Students must indicate on CAO form that they wish
their details to be forwarded to SUSI.
Applicants apply at www.susi.ie next April 2020.

Student Assistance Fund
Provides financial assistance for students who are
experiencing financial difficulties whilst attending college.
It may be available on top of the SUSI grant and can be
applied for once the student has started college. Further
information is available on www.studentfinance.ie.
It is not available in further education/PLC colleges.
