the Town of Castalia and celebrate the birth-

Our program is pretty much the same with
the service to honor our veterans, parade,
live musical entertainment and food and
crafts throughout the day. This year we will
be having some adult soccer games from 10
am - 2 pm and we need your voices to cheer these players on. And of
course, our great fireworks display needs your OOHS and AAHS as
we end the day.

During the mid 80s, a group of friends and family got together to share their love

of singing and playing music for entertainment. After a short period of time, their
popularity began to spread and thus the group called TAZZ was formed. After many
years of performing almost every weekend, the toll of raising families began to
tug on the members, so the group decided to take a break for a while. Now, two
decades later, TAZZ is back! Their renditions of music loved by everyone includes
rock-n-roll, country, R&B and, of course, beach music. TAZZ was well known for
their selection of playing music that people could dance to. That remains their
focus as they add some of the more current, popular songs to their repertoire.

Castalia’s Parade will kick off Thursday, July 4th at 2 p.m. The parade line up
will start at the L&L on N. NC Hwy 58 by 1 p.m. A special ceremony will be held
