Professional moisture-proofing is particularly important with cold flooring, such as those found in cellars. To ensure
that floors are moisture-proofed and installation is as easy as possible for the customer, the SELITFLEX® 10 mm
THERMO complete set provides sufficient amounts of the needed accessory products.
The underlay itself provides a moisture barrier through the AquaStop™ film surface. The
enclosed aluminium sealing tape seals off the joints and the innovative SELITstop®
AquaStopTM Sealing & Spacer Belt (also included) facilitates the taping of the wall joint area.

The wood flooring underlayment 2 mm is used in less heavily frequented rooms. It can
compensate light unevenness.
The wood flooring underlayment 2 mm do not meet the minimum requirements of
EPLF and MMFA which is why we do not recommend them to be used with laminate
flooring. They can, however, be used with low-traffic wood flooring.

The SELITstop® Comfort Vapour Barrier is a new addition to the SELIT range. Combining
an AquaStop™ film with a fleece liner makes it especially pliable and flexible, which

protection.

In order to fully seal off residual building moisture from the substrate, you need not only
a moisture protection in the form of a vapour barrier but also to tape the joints so that
they are protected against water vapour.
The SELITstop® Alumium-Foil Sealing Tape enables that joints and wall joint areas to be
reliably taped.
SELITstop® Aluminium-Foil Sealing Tape can also be used to fix laid underlayment in
place in order to prevent the material from sliding.

Product guide
The product guide permanently installed in the shelf unit helps
customers at the PoS to find the right product even faster. They
can choose whether to scan the EAN of the parquet, laminate
or vinyl flooring they have selected or manually search for their
desired floor. After answering a maximum of four questions which
are adjusted to the selected floor system, the customer receives a
product recommendation as well as an alternative option.
The product guide can be downloaded as an App for mobile
phones so it can be used even after the shop has closed its gates.
