Egg Nests Serves: 4 | Prep: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 12 minutes For breakfast apple
I will have...
Let’s get started:
1. Preheat oven to 100 degrees.
2. Place 4 slices of bread on a chopping board and spread one side lightly
with margarine. Using a medium scone cutter or small drinking cup, cut yoghurt
out a hole in each slice of bread.
3. In frypan warm 1 teaspoon of oil over medium heat, add 2 slices of bread.
4. Gently crack an egg into each bread hole. When the eggs start to set, rolled oats
flip over and cook the other sides for 3 minutes. Lay on tray and place in
the oven to keep warm.
5. Add another teaspoon of oil to frypan and cook the remaining 2 slices of
bread and eggs as above. strawberries sultanas
6. Place an egg nest on individual plates, with the sliced mushrooms apple juice
and tomatoes.
Serve:
With glasses of low fat milk.
