Skiguiding – discover the best location
Is it your first time in this region? Are you scared to lose track in the large ski area? Are your friends
or co-workers doing ski lessons but your group just wants to ski?
We are pleased to attend to you on your day in the snow and show you the most beautiful places
in our fantastic landscape.
Local guides will accompany you to different ski-areas and are always at your side. Look forward
to the most beautiful panoramic views, the most comfortable mountain huts and the best slopes.

Off-piste winter experiences – in a different way
A wide range of possibilities – off the beaten track. Open up your mind and immerse into the mys-
tical world of mountains. Marvel at the awesome landscape and enjoy the silence of nature.
If it is on snowshoes, off-piste or on a ski tour – we plan a suitable tour for every demand and almost
every level of physical ability.
Above the forest line we apply other rules. Safety ranks first. Our Guides will select the most beautiful
trips for you, according to circumstances.

With all trips you’ll have a short introduction into prevention of avalanches and the use of the
avalanche security material.

We love snow because whatever you do with it adventure, team experience and enjoyment are
always guaranteed. Trained from our instructors, you’ll have wonderful possibilities for your own

Whether it is “just-for-fun” or a challenge of teamwork or new team formation, it’s up to you –

Bavarian curling – don’t put it on ice
Fun on the ice takes the centre of stage. But it’s still a competition – each team wants to be the
winner. Bavarian Curling is suitable for the most different teams, because sporty ability is not the
main focus.
Curling is suitable for a variety of teams, because the focus is not on the athletic ability.
The participants will be introduced to the rules and techniques of Bavarian curling. After a short
training, an exciting tournament follows.
Curling seems to be a little bit more sporty. But also here you can celebrate success after a short
time. You’ll wipe industriously with the broom to bring the stone in the centre…

Winterolümpics / Team challenge– competition doesn’t exclude
fun
Nevertheless the dedication of every participant is needed.
In groups the participants solve different tasks. Whether it is a tricky riddle or a funny snowshoe
obstacle course – there’s something for everyone! First and foremost the group counts, team
spirit is demanded.
Possible disciplines:

Sense of orientation is demanded! Whether with the aid of a map, a GPS or photos – it’s always
about being the first who finds the position and who can put all the clues together to find the
treasure.
The participants search in the town or in natural country areas for a certain amount of points where
they get another clue or a part of the coordinate map where the treasure is placed. If you’ve
done everything right, the treasure is within your grasp and the reward soon in sight.
If all members are working together, there will be a profit for everyone and the experience will
sustain the team spirit.

Treasure hunt integrated tasks to support group dynamics
Especially informative:
It’s great to make a treasure hunt with the use of GPS and satellite navigation. You will be aston-

Only with a bridge you’ll get to the other side – at best with your own bridge. After a short instruc-
tion in the art of rope bridge construction, you start with anchoring, kinking, tensioning etc.
First the construction seems a little tricky with the short manual… but the task gets easier when
more heads are thinking together.
As reward- the shaky walk over the home made bridge allures and finally the bridge will be inau-
gurated by a good bottle of wine.

Board and enjoy the wonderful view over the mountains – for this time with bird’s eye view.
With a AS 350 Ecureuil B3 helicopter you will be brought to the area of Hüfifirn where you will land
directly on the glacier.

Heliskiing
At Hüfifürn we’ll find one of the rare starting points in Switzerland for exciting heli-skiing.
Whether you choose the south or north run, or both – from here you’ll have approx. 1200 altitude
difference down to the valley.
Glacier trekking
A very special experience: With snowshoes we enjoy a hike along the peaks.
Planura hut SAC
The „Planura“ hut is looking forward to our visit. They will indulge us with tasty hut-specialities.

Tel. +41 (0)81 413 08 88 .General Terms and Conditions Thank you for your interest in a program from inandout sport & events GmbH. Upon acceptance of your booking by inandout sport & events GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the organizer) or a sales outlet, a contract is concluded between you and the organizer. These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of this contract. We therefore ask you to read them carefully. In case of doubt, the German text applies. 1. Registration Registration can be made in person, by telephone, in writing or electronically. The rights and obligations of the con- tract become effective for you and the organizer from the time of registration. 2. Subject matter of the contract The organizer undertakes to provide the services requested by you within the framework of the concept drawn up and in accordance with the description in the order confirmation. Changes to the services can be taken into ac- count after consultation. Any resulting additional costs shall be borne by the customer. 3. Conclusion of contract The contract between you and the organizer is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation signed by you. In the case of a mutual agreement, the contract is already concluded upon verbal agreement. The rights and obliga- tions arising from the contract become effective for you and the organizer from the time of signing or verbal agree- ment. 4. Prices The prices for the programs can be found in the offer tailored to your needs. Unless otherwise stated, the prices are all-inclusive for the services described, excluding VAT. 5. Terms of payment Unless otherwise agreed, payment shall be made with the invoice issued after the event. The statutory payment deadlines apply. The organizer reserves the right to agree a deposit after consultation with you. Any cancellation costs will be charged in accordance with section 6. 6. Cancellation or contract amendment by the customer Cancellations of contracts already concluded must be made in writing by registered letter. All documents already received (detailed programs, confirmations, etc.) must be enclosed. The following part of the arrangement costs will be charged for each cancellation: From definitive acceptance up to 21 days before the event: 20% of the total price 20 to 14 days before the event: 50% of the total amount 13 to 7 days before the event: 75% of the total amount 6 days or less before the event: 100% of the total amount In the event of late arrival or postponement of the program, the customer shall bear the additional costs. Cancella- tion by the customer, late arrival or early departure from the program by the customer do not entitle the customer to a (partial) refund. Any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the customer. 7. Cancellation or change of order by inandout sport & events GmbH The organizer reserves the right to cancel a planned activity at very short notice for safety reasons. The organizer is responsible for the objective assessment in cooperation with local experts. If the event cannot be held for safety reasons (weather, wind, etc.), compensation will be limited to covering any third-party costs. The organizer will make every effort to organize a suitable alternative program. The resulting costs shall be borne by the customer without explicit consultation. If the costs incurred for the alternative program exceed those of the orig- inally planned activity, the customer must be informed accordingly. If an event cannot be organized for the above-mentioned reasons, the customer shall not be entitled to any com- pensation. 8. Conditions of participation Good health is a prerequisite for all activities. The customer undertakes to inform the organizer in full of any health problems of participants. Participation in an activity under the influence of alcohol, drugs or mind-expanding medi- cation is prohibited. Participants are obliged to adhere to the conditions of participation and to strictly follow the instructions of the or- ganizer, its guides or assistants. The organizer reserves the right to exclude offending participants from the activity. This shall not give rise to any claim for a price reduction. 9. Complaints If complaints or damage occur during the activities, these must be reported immediately in writing to the respective activity leader. The activity leader will endeavor to remedy the situation free of charge within the framework of the program. However, they are not authorized to accept claims on behalf of the organizer. arising from non-fulfilment of the contract must be reported to the organizer by registered letter within 30 days of the event. Evidence, including confirmation from the activity leader, must be enclosed. 10. Insurance The organizer is insured for its activities as part of its duty of care. Participants are not insured by the organizer and must take out adequate health and accident insurance themselves. 11. Liability Within the scope of these General Terms and Conditions, the Organizer shall be liable for defects or a cancellation in the performance of the activity, insofar as these are objectively verifiable and documented by the customer. The Organizer accepts no liability for changes to the program due to train, bus or flight delays. The Organizer shall arrange products and services from other providers (e.g. transport, catering) for its customers. Liability for the fulfilment of the contract, accidents, delays etc. cannot be assumed from this brokerage activity, taking into account the regulations for package tours. 12. Third-party Services The Organizer is entitled to procure various services from third-party providers without explicit consultation with the Customer. These services include in particular Organization of transport, catering, rental of auxiliary equipment, overnight accommodation and the like. The organizer is entitled to charge a fee of 10% of the invoiced costs in addition to passing on the costs incurred. Third-party services must be listed separately in the offer and order confirmation. 13. Applicable law, place of jurisdiction The legal relationship between you and the Organizer shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. It is agreed that the courts of the Davos region shall have exclusive jurisdiction for legal action against the organizer. 14. Image rights The organizer reserves the right to take photographs at events and to use them without restriction for its own pur- poses (e.g. printed matter, internet, etc.).
