GRADUATION KEEPSAKES
What is a graduation announcement?
Graduation announcements are official school documents which share the date time & place of graduation. These are sent through
the mail to family and friends who you wish to share this accomplishment. Often called invitations, these are meant to “announce”
the accomplishment, not necessarily invite someone to the ceremony.
How many do I need?
The number needed varies of family size and/or your graduation budget. An average order is 25 to 50 per senior. This order can vary
from just a few, to a few hundred; depending on the needs of each senior.
Should I order a package?
The Grad Packages are meant to help ensure you get all the necessities. This is an easy way to order; as well as a great way to save
money because of the FREE ITEMS included in each package. Grad Packs also allow the student to take advantage of class ring
savings.
Can I add to my package?
Of course; most seniors purchase a Grad Pack and add additional items to it. Start with a Grad Pack, and then add to it!
How do I complete the order form?
Start by printing your FULL NAME to be used on your school official graduation announcement. Use the exact capitalization and
spacing to be used on announcement. Pick a package, and then add individual items to the package. Or you may choose to order
individual items.
What if I miss the in-school order-taking days?
No problem. Orders can be placed online at Balfour.com; or at our office at 1221 Lumpkin, Houston, TX 77043. We recommend
ordering at school, so we can ensure the order is made correctly.
Is a deposit required?
All orders over $80 will need a deposit of $80. All orders less than $80 will need to be paid in full.
How do I pay my balance?
You will receive a receipt through email or text after you place your order, which will explain how to make payments on your balance.
These payments can be mailed, made online, or in person at our office.
When will my order be Delivered?
Orders will be direct shipped to the address on the order form. Caps and gowns will be delivered to school after Spring Break.
Can I still order my class ring?
Many seniors wait until senior year to order their class rings. See the enclosed senior ring promotion flyer for ordering information.
Your ring can be ready in as little as 6 weeks! It’s never too late!
When is the due date for my order?
Seniors are encouraged to order as soon a possible to ensure availability of inventory of products. All orders placed after
March 1, 2020 will incur an individual processing fee.
What happens if I don’t pick up my products?
All products not picked up will be FORFEITED after Aug. 31, 2020 and no deposit/payment will be refundable.
