6 HOSPITALITY AT CHELTENHAM FESTIVAL Dress Code Whilst there is no formal dress code in place, we appreciate many do like to dress up for the Festival. Cheltenham Racecourse is the Home of Jump Racing and The Cheltenham Festival is home to some of the finest racing in the world, and with the finest racing often comes the finest fashion. During The Cheltenham Festival, fancy dress is not permitted in Hospitality, restaurant facilities, or in the Club Enclosure. Fancy dress is permitted in other areas as long as the outfit isn't offensive, and at our discretion, we reserve the right to decline entry should the need arise.
