Occupancy: A maximum of 16 guests seated around one table. Red Room A larger private dining room with a long table in the centre. The room boasts stylish wooden floors, a plasma screen and space to socialise with your guests. Occupancy: A maximum of 20 guests seated around one table. Lounge Situated off our sleek upstairs bar, the Lounge is a modern private dining room overlooking Swan Street, with stylish mirrors, striking wallpaper and a glamourous chandelier in the centre. Occupancy: A maximum of 30 guests seated at separate tables. Lounge, Bar & Library With a relaxed vibe, an inviting bar and striking decor, The Lounge, Bar & Library provide the perfect venue for an informal standing party. Occupancy: A maximum of 80 guests for an informal standing party.
CHRISTMAS PARTY T&Cs
• Your booking will only be confirmed once you have paid a deposit of
£10pp. We do not accept provisional bookings.
• Please note, it is necessary to select just one of the menu options
for the whole party. We are very happy to cater individually for
vegetarians/vegans and guests with special dietary requirements.
• If you choose to purchase a drinks package, the unlimited drinks
option will be served for the duration of your meal from the time
your party is seated, for a maximum of two hours.
• Please note, all menu choices and pre-orders are to be received no
later than two weeks prior to the event.
• A full refund will be given of your deposit, or any monies paid, if
your booking is cancelled at least four weeks prior to the event. No
refund will be given after this date.
• Guests are expected to drink and act responsibly whilst at The Swan,
and to be respectful of our neighbours when leaving the venue.
