register has not been opend, hence rates on the erven are not yet applicable. The extention for the
opening of the township register has also been submitted to council on 27 November 2017.

Property SummaryPage 5 Locality The subject property is located in the Limpopo Province close to a rural town known as Bela-Bela. The farm is located in a small holding area, approximately 2.5km west from the Bela Bela Central Business District adjacent to the R516 (Thabazimbi Road). This is a fairly popular small holding area and basically all the surrounding properties offer residential estates or small scale, non- commercial farming activities. A large number of property owners in the area do not occupy their properties full time but use it as holiday homes. Access to the property is directly off R516, which is a well-maintained and busy main route between Bela-Bela and Thabazimbi. The property comprises three adjoining farm portions, collectively being a small farming
