All bookings are held on a provisional basis for 10 working days and thereafter must be confirmed by a non-refundable deposit of €25.00 per person booked.
Final numbers and payment in full must be made no later than 3 weeks prior to your party date. Final numbers given at this point will be the minimum numbers
charged for. Additional numbers may be allowed on a subject to availability basis. The Glenroyal Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking without refund
of monies paid if the above terms and conditions are not complied with.
