When the last bowl has been bowled on finals day, and the competitors move into
relaxation mode, it’s time to enjoy the club’s facilities, enjoy the Bowlers promotions during this week, share in
the friendships rekindled, and have a blast.

A very sincere thank you in advance to all my staff for the extra effort you will have put in for this major Club
event, in order to show our guests and visitors the very best of what our Club has to offer. Last but not least to
all our amazing volunteers, who again deliver with a smile, and a warm welcome, the hospitality, that every
Club strives to achieve and I can be proud of.

Safe Journey home to you all, it has been our privilege and pleasure to host you, don’t forget to come and visit

Two Notices of motion to the Annual General Delegates Meeting to be held at Club Mount Maunganui on
Sunday, February 5th @ 4pm

   1. Remit 1 will replace the 2nd paragraph of #3 of the General Conditions

played to find a winner. A coin toss to determine the order of play, with the winner choosing, shall be
made. If during the extra end the kitty is played outside the rink boundary, it is to be replaced on, or as
close to the two metre spot in a straight line to the mat as possible and the end continues.

discussion and agreement on an annual basis at the delegates meeting

Remit 2: If the kitty is incorrectly delivered it shall be placed in a legal position by the opposition skip,
who has the right to have the mat replaced as well.
