EarlyON Child and Family Centres offer free, high-quality drop-in programs for
families and children from birth to 6 years old. You can learn and play with your
child, meet people, and get advice from early childhood professionals. EarlyON
Child and Family Centres are open to all families in Ontario. They are
welcoming places that offer a range of services and resources, where you can:

Victim Quick Response Program (VQRP+) Immediate assistance with emergency

Additional assistance for victims of human trafficking includes replacement of
government documents, storage locker, dental tattoo removal and treatment

Parenting supports parents to become effective caregivers. Provides list of
available parenting programs. Participants in the program may be eligible for
financial assistance with school activities. Planned parenting activities
subsidized child care transportation cost assistance $500 incentive upon
graduation.

Preventative oral health services (dental cleanings, flouride varnish) provided
on-site for children and youth 17 years old and under. Healthy Smiles Ontario -
Allows eligible children and youth 17 years old and under receive check-ups,
cleanings, fillings (for cavity), x-rays, tooth extractions and urgent dental care at
a dentist of their choice. Will help eligible families apply for the program.

Eligibility: Children and youth 17 years and under. Children and youth
automatically eligible if they or their family receive Ontario Works, Temporary
Care Assistance, Ontario Disability Support Program, or Assistance for Children
with Severe Disabilities.

Immunization clinic. Vaccination against common infectious diseases. General
information and counselling to discuss vaccines. Immunization records are
reviewed to determine vaccination needs, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus
(lockjaw) polio, haemophilus influenza type B measles, mumps, rubella,
pneumococcal, meningococcal, varicella (chickenpox) hepatits B, human
papillomavirus (HPV) influenza (seasonal).
Appointment required for St Thomas and Aylmer clinics.

Hearing health care with registered audiologists. Hearing testing for adults and
children, hearing aid prescriptions, hearing aid dispensing sales,
services/repairs. Musician, noise protection and swim earplugs. Central
auditory process testing, ear wax removal and management. Counselling for
hearing loss. Tinnitus Management and aural rehabilitation programs. Evening
services and home visits available on request. Authorized Assistive Devices
Program (ADP) vendor.
