Chelsea Community Education programs support learning by providing educational opportunities that extend
 learning after school, on the weekend, and in the summer for learners of all ages. Many of our programs are
    supported by a combination of state aid, tuition, grants, and fees. Contact information is listed below.

Learn to Ice Skate!
       Chelsea Skating School is a place where skaters of all ages and levels can learn to skate in a fun and safe
environment! Classes are held at the Arctic Coliseum (501 Coliseum Drive, Chelsea, Michigan 48118). Tot classes will
  be formed for children ages 3 to 5 years old. Adult classes are for those 18 years or older. All other skaters will be
   divided based on skill level from basic 1 to basic 6. Skaters will be kept in small classes and socially distanced to
   maintain the safety of those in the arena and on the ice. Masks must be worn in the building but not on the ice,
 unless the skater chooses to do so. We recommend warm clothing (coats, snow pants, hoodies), gloves or mittens,
                                     and a bike helmet for those just starting out.
