SECURIT Y: Increased CCT V coverage and maintained ex tremely low rate of thefts.
POLICE: Repor ted crimes reduced from 2017

MEDICAL: SWA ST repor ted onsite facilities were excellent and minimal impac t on local NHS
WELFARE: Doubled size of team from 60 to 120 in 2018.
SAFEGUARDING: Specialist team from event and local authorit y working toge ther to protec t children from harm
FIRE: No call out to local ser vice s. Event fire team working closely with local fire ser vice.
WATER: Increased drinking water points across site, reduc tion in single use plastic water bottle s
NOISE: Team of acoustic consultants working with Cornwall Council, 24hr phoneline for public, minimal complaints.

C ar park re -entr y fee of £20 encourage s use of shuttle bus and has reduced
car use during event by 90% since 2016.
