➢ We want to offer families with children the most efficient and easy relaxation solution
➢ We designed and finalized the business plan for the project of 50 houses for relaxation in rural areas
➢ The project aims to help families with children who want to spend time outdoors, away from the noise of the city
➢ The project is a pilot one, in the first 6 months of 2022 tests will be performed and we will learn tourism, for our plan for the
coming years
➢ By the end of 2023 we will open 4 new locations, with a minimum of 50 houses for each location
➢ After completing the 5 locations, we will build the franchise plan

➢ The initial investment for the project is approximately 300,000 euros / location

➢ We want to offer our seniors the happiness of a carefree life, so we want to initiate a pilot project that will include a location in Ilfov
County, maximum 30km from Bucharest
➢ We designed and finalized the business plan for the project of 5 homes for seniors
➢ The project is a pilot one, which includes 40 places for seniors, in the first 6 months of 2022 tests will be performed and we will
learn everything that means care and social assistance, for our plan for the coming years
➢ By the end of 2023 we will open 4 more new locations with a minimum of 40 seats for each location
➢ After completing the 5 locations, we will build the franchise plan
