ABOUT US

Bensizwe was founded in 2008 after Market
researchers identifying a need of staffing
solutions and call centre solutions in Congo with
an emphasis on customer service and
technology. As the company developed more
experience in the developing and dynamic
African markets specific in the African diaspora,
opportunities were identified in the outsourcing
industry such as effective and fully fledged
customized Human Capital Management, call
centre and ICT infrastructure, training and
construction.
Bensizwe Group is now a dynamic corporate
solutions business. We aim to be the leading
business management consulting practice
serving clients across Africa. Bensizwe is a
multinational firm with offices in Pretoria,
Kinshasa, Lubumbashi, Goma, Kisangani, and
Windhoek.

Bensizwe Objectives are :
                            • To service most telecommunications firms in
                              the DRC (i.e: Vodacom, Africell, Orange,
                              Airtel)    with  trained   staff,  customer
                              registration processing call centre services
                              with the latest technology by the end of
                              2018.

                            • Increase the number of skilled staff
                              employed under our books by a thousand
                              people through training and development
                              by 2018.

                            • To increase staff outsourcing market share
                              by 5% BY 2020
