3 COMPANY SUMMARY JOH AUB Holdings (Pty) Ltd is a private 100% Black men owned company that provides comprehensive, high quality, reliable industrial solutions to commercial, corporate and industrial. The company is based in the Tsantsabane area (55 Skool Str, Postdene, Postmasburg, 8420, NC ), found by JN Phete and a former company Shareholder Mr. VA Mthata who is now the Operational Manager of the company. The business serves a geographical area of Postmasburg and adjoining areas of Kolomela Mine (Kumba), within 40 minutes drive time of base. We pride ourselves on making our management accountable to clients through direct access and interaction with our managing directors. Most of our customers uses our services once every week or every two weeks, depending on the weather. At the beginning of the year starting from January will probably see a return to normal rain levels, meaning faster-growing grass and weeds and more frequent lawn care. Our employees are well trained in all areas of service. We meet your needs – because we can and because we care. The company started with its operations 10 April 2013, registered through CIPRO. JOH AUB
Holdings established a service company for private houses and commercial garden cleaning and
maintenance in Postmasburg, Northern Cape.

while staying friendly to the environment. We have a history of excellence and dedication to our
clients, providing professional and high-quality Gardening and Cleaning Services across
Postmasburg.

Both Mr. JN Phete and Mr. B Mthata are concentrating on client contracts and bidding along
with overall management of the company. And they are General Project Managers, coordinating all
project management and concentrating on cost controls, suppliers, day-to-day project supervision,
labor relations, etc. They are also handling client’s satisfaction, and invoicing, permitting, and
general book keeping. The company is planning to expand its personnel to add a number of job
managers as soon as the number of projects increases. Mr. VA Mthata is responsible for all the
company’s operations. Mr. R Seheri reports to Mr. B Mthata as a site manager. And Mrs. C Leroux
is a Horticulture advisor of the company.
