Try this delicious recipe from Unibroue …

    GRILLED CHICKEN ALA
    UNIBROUE ÉPHÉMÈRE APPLE
    Ingredients:
    6 – 8 pieces skinless chicken
    1 large onion (Vidalia or red Bermuda)
  \ 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped garlic
    ¼ teaspoon dill
    Salt and cracked pepper (to taste)
    1 750ml bottle Unibroue Éphémère Apple

    Directions:
    Chop the onion and combine with garlic, salt, pepper and dill in a non-
    reactive container.

    Pour in the Éphémère Apple and mix well to form a marinade.

    Add the chicken pieces and mix well in the marinade. Refrigerate and
    marinate the chicken at least 24 hours (but no longer than 48 hours).

    Remove chicken from the marinade and drain briefly.
    Discard marinade….DO NOT RE-USE.

    Grill chicken over hot coals until done (juices run clear)

    Serve with well-chilled (but not ice cold) Unibroue Éphémère Apple Wheat Ale.
