Monday, April 11th, 7pm at the Community
Centre, the Garden Club holds the final
meeting of our Spring session. The guest
speaker will be local garden enthusiast, Ryan
Nassichuk. Ryan and his partner Jessica
have farmed vegetables on the south end of
Quadra, since 2011. As well, Ryan works
on Quadra as a garden maintenance expert.
He has established a business, which among
other services, helps clients with soil testing
to analyze the nutrient needs to improve
production in our home gardens.
We are all looking forward to his talk on
autumn and winter vegetables. We will learn
