2 A WORLD-CLASS PERFORMANCE Over 40 medals from European and World Championships on the track and road more than prove that DRAG is a truly world class brand. But DRAG is not just about track and road. Meticulous attention to detail, superb design, innovation and quality components make DRAG a household name in its own country and a serious player in more than 20 others. DRAG racing bikes are currently helping the Ukrainian national team and members of the Lithuanian, South Korean and Portuguese national teams to win medals on the international circuit.

Great competitors such as Lyubov Shulika, Hanna Solovey and Lesya Kalitovska all won their gold medals with DRAG racing bikes.

Here at DRAG we believe that everyone deserves to ride a top class bike and our range reflects that. From best-selling children’s bikes through serious racing models for road, track and mountain to trendy townies or traditional city bikes, DRAG has something for everyone. Hanna Solovey celebrates with the DRAG Firebird that just helped her take the title of European Road Champion in Czech Republic, 2013. Hanna won Gold in the 23.5 km time trial and bronze in the 126 km road race. Designed and manufactured in the Bulgarian capital Sofia, DRAG has been one of the leading brands in Bulgaria since 2000, when serious production began.

Known for quality and innovation, combined with reasonable prices the company now holds approximately 40% of the market for mid to top range cycles in Bulgaria.

With over 50% of the country mountainous – and what mountains! - we can test our bikes’ capabilities to the full. Our team is made up of bikers, and with our own downhill racing team and chain of bike shops we are in the ideal position to get feedback firsthand and refine our models accordingly. In a world full of cheap imitations, DRAG is proud of its name and its origins and does not manufacture bikes for anyone else. PROUDLY MADE IN BULGARIA DRAG’s admin and production teams pose on the factory steps with 1000 racing bicycles produced to order by the Russian Cycling Federation.

Integrated Shock Pivot Position (ISPP) This suspension matches the positions of the shock and main pivot, thus enabling more efficient pedaling and saving on weight.

Internal Cables Internal cable routing esures a smooth and clean appearance and keeps the cables dirt-free, thereby prolonging their lifespan and reducing the need for maintenance. CHAINSTAY Post Mount The brake caliper is mounted on the chainstay. This saves on weight and improves braking performance by making the brake cable shorter. TAPERED Head Tube This head tube combines the light weight of the conventional 1 1/8 and the stiffness and rigidity of 1.5.

Monocoque The carbon fiber we use for our bikes gives our engineers the freedom to create whatever shape they need to make, resulting not only in the lightest and most efficient bikes possible, but also improving long term durability.  HYDRO Formed Tubes Hydroforming allows the production of tubes with a different shape at each end. This enables our engineers to design stronger and stiffer frames. Double Butted Tubes The frame tubes pass through a spcial process to remove material from the areas with less tension and leave a thicker profile where there is greater ten- sion. This process results in a very lightweight frame with- out affecting its durability.

7 Tubing High-end aluminium that has undergone special heat treatment processing,  keeping the weight to a minimum while at the same time maintaining maximum durability and stiffness. 6 Tubing Special aluminium that provides great reliability, stiffness and light weight. ROAD RACING Geometry The rider’s position is optimised for racing. The body is in a perfectly aerodynamic position while the bike’s rigid construction provides optimal pedaling efficiency, result- ing in a very fast and stable racing bike.
