Description .

Unit 4 has a floor area of 195 sq m (2,099 sq ft) and is
located at the entrance to the centre opposite the
Starbucks unit, as illustrated in the plan.
The unit is currently under construction with a practical
completion date of May 2019 along with the rest of the
Drive-Thru Centre.
Unit 4 will be completed to shell specification with the
vehicular drive-thru road system circling the unit. There
will be 79 carparking spaces available for customer
parking.
Tenants can place company signage on a communal
Totem Pole at the entrance to the centre. Further signage
zones are provided to the occupiers in prominent
locations on each unit.
