Our ‘one teacher, one classroom’ approach allows our teachers to take on a true mentoring role,
where they get the time to know each student and their individual aspirations. They take the
time to support each student as they learn through projects during the year. Our pathways and
partnership staff also support students with sourcing appropriate industry placement. These
opportunities develop each student’s network.
Students are supported to develop an individual career plan which encourages them to see
opportunities that will develop the skills necessary for their future. Students also develop a
professional portfolio of experiences and achievements specific to their career pathway.
