      as a corporate sale, as opposed to a Transfer of a Going Concern (TOGC).
      Ensco 835 Limited is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in England and Wales under
      company number 07531762.
      Unless otherwise stated, all figures are as of 31st December 2019 (approved 14th October 2020).
      The company has the benefit of the following debt facility, secured as individual 10 year debt facilities
      against each individual property, commencing on each individual date of acquisition.
