Activities are organised every evening to ensure students make
friends, continue to put their English into practice, as well as
develop important life skills.
Four afternoons a week, students will spend an hour in a whole-
academy activity which is a great opportunity for existing students
to meet new starters and catch up with friends they have already
made. Evening activities range from talent shows and the Academy
Carnival where students get to be creative and have fun, to quizzes

We place the highest priority on care and
supervision at our Academy locations to
ensure students feel relaxed, comfortable and
supported - creating a home away from home.
STUDENT CARE AND WELFARE
The accommodation is made up of various boarding houses or

Each Academy provides 24-hour pastoral care required for the
students in their residence, waking them up every morning, making
sure they eat well and are happy and participating.

A range of food is available at our Academy locations with three

GUARDME INSURANCE
All students travelling abroad must have adequate insurance
in case of a medical or other emergency. EC Academy offers
a comprehensive insurance policy called Guardme, which is
specifically designed to meet the needs of international students.
