EMBRACING GROWTH MINDSET IN TODAY’S
             VOLATILE ECONOMY

INTRODUCTION
Change is a feature of our lives. The world around us is changing all the time, our natural
environment, the business climate we work in and the lifestyles we lead. Even our physical
body is subjected to the natural ageing process. The advent of Industry 4.0 has led to major
disruptions in our lives, causing us to feel stressful, disillusion and uncertain about the future.
We can manage the phases of change, if we understand the nature of change and learn how to
shift our mindset to embrace it. As quoted by one of the greatest Roman philosopher Marcus
Aurelius, “The universe is change, our life is what our thoughts make it.” Conducted by Eric
Cheong, an accredited Master Trainer by the late Prof Tony Buzan, he will help to transform your
thinking and develop your confidence in the face of a changing world, thus enabling you to
change your future.

OBJECTIVES
After attending this programme, participants will be able to achieve the following learning
outcomes:
1. Understand the nature of change and how you are affected by it.
2. Realise you have the power to change your thinking. Once you make a conscious effort
to change your present mindset, you will hold the key to plan for a new future.
3. Learn how to use effective thinking models and tools for transformation to turn change
   into opportunity.
