The Fine Print
A 20% non-refundable deposit for all Christmas and New Year residential packages is required at
the time of booking, with full payment due 14 days prior to arrival. For Christmas Day Lunch, Boxing
Day Lunch and New Year’s Eve Dinner, full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. A menu
pre-order will be required for all guests for Christmas Day Lunch and Boxing Day Lunch.
Cancellation Charges
All monies deposited and pre-payments are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Any amendments may incur additional charges.
Cancellations Due To Covid-19
If the Hotel is closed for the date or dates of your stay due to restrictions imposed by the
government as they may deem necessary, a full refund will be offered.
Further Conditions
All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. To the best of our knowledge all information
is accurate at the time of being published, however prices and terms are subject to change without
notice. The Oak Room Dining Room cannot be guaranteed or pre-booked and is available only on a
‘first come first served basis’. When children are staying with accompanying adults, an extra bed will
be placed in the room (prices on request). We have limited number of rooms where two adults and
two children can be accommodated, so not all room types can accommodate an additional bed.
