                     MESSAGE FROM INTERIM CEO ANDY CARD

                                                                           Wine Auction – our largest fundraising event each year, which we at
                                                                           first thought might not happen because of the pandemic. My deepest
                                                                           gratitude goes to our Foundation team led by Daisy White and Sarah
                                                                           Farrell – and especially our leading Vintner Dinner supporters Dee Dee
                                                                           and Jon Acklam, Concho Resources Inc., Rhonda and Mike Graff, the
                                                                           Virginia and L.E. Simmons Family Foundation, and Margaret Voelkel –
                                                                           for helping us overcome the challenges of 2020 in such a creative and
                                                                           ultimately successful manner!
                                                                              Earlier I mentioned the critically important leadership of Dean Welsh
                                                                           and Warren Finch. I also want to take this opportunity to thank and
