SPLIT 2019
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The registration will open from the moment the organizers upload the registration form on their website. There are two separate fees for registering a team: • Team registration fee (150 € per team) + individual registration fee (165 € per participant) IBAN: HR76 2330 0031 5390 2002 6 • EGOR fee (100 € per team – biannual team fee) IBAN: IT44W0350011700000000024687 The payments for team fees (150 € per team) and 30% of participant fees (165 € per participant) need to be made by 31.12.2018. Confirmations of payments should be sent to the organizer's email (egorsplit@nada-rugby.com) along with the filled out registration form, which can be found on the festival website. The registration will be treated as complete if team fees and 30% of participant fees as well as EGOR fees are payed by 31.12.2018. Additionally, those registrations where the confirmations of payments for team and EGOR fees, without the individual participation fees, are sent by 15.08.2018 will also be treated as complete. All teams that pay team and EGOR fees by 15.08.2018 will be given priority to tournament participation in case of over-demand. The remaining individual participation fees have to be payed and the confirmations of payments, as well as the registration form, sent to the official organizer’s email by 15.02.2019 the latest. All payments made after 15.02.2019 need to be incorporate an increase of 10 € per participant. The participation fee payment confirmations, registration forms and EGOR fee payment confirmation should be sent to the official mail of the organizers. All of the aforementioned payment amounts are net values and should be marked as such for the receiver account. Accommodation reservation and payment are made through the authorized agency, at a specific account, and via registration form at the official website.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Refund Policy Refunds are made according to the following terms from the organizers: - 45 days before the start of the festival, 100% refunds of the individual participation fees are possible - 45-30 days before the start of the tournament, 80% refunds of the individual participation fees are possible - 30-15 days before the start of the tournament, 50% refunds of the individual participation fees are possible - 14 days before the start of the tournament refunds for individuals participation fees cease to be available Refunds for team fees and EGOR fees are not available. For services provided by the authorized agency for the organisation of accommodation, specific terms apply. These can be found on the agency website, as well as on the registration form through which accommodation is booked and payed.

What payments need to be made in order to register a team for the festival?

Are all payments made to the same account?
Team and participant registration fees are made to the same account, while EGOR fee is made to a separate one.
Payments for team and participant registration fees are made directly to the organizer, while EGOR fees payments are made directly to the EGOR federation.
Is it necessary to send the confirmation of the EGOR fee payment separately?
All payment confirmations, along with the filled out and signed registration form, should be sent only to the organizer at egorsplit@nada-rugby.com.
What constitutes a complete registration?
1. A filled out and signed registration form, sent to the organizer by email (egorsplit@nada-rugby.com).
2. Confirmation of payment for individual and team participation fees – made before 31.12.2018.
3. Confirmation of EGOR fee payment – made by 31.12.2018.
4. Confirmation of payment of the remaining individual participation fees (the difference between the number of registered participants and the number
of individual participation fees) - by 15.02.2019.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Are there exceptions with regards to team registration? The exceptions relate to teams registered before 15.08.2018. Prior to this date, it is possible to register just with team fee and EGOR fee payments. After 15.08.2018, in addition to team fees and EGOR fees payment confirmations, all registrations must also include a confirmation of payment for individual participation fees (for 30% of participants by 31.12.2018 and for the remainder until 15.02.2019). What happens in case of missed payments? All payments made after the set deadlines will be increased by a regular amount of 10 € per participant. Team and EGOR fees are fixed and do not increase in this case and they are always payed in full amount, by the rules of EGOR federation; team fee – 150 €, EGOR fee - 100 €. What happens in case of over-demand for the festival? In case of over-demand for the festival the priority of participation will be given to teams that had registered before 15.08.2018. After this date, the places will be assigned by the date of submissions of complete registrations. Who to contact for additional questions? Contact organizers by email at egorsplit@nada-rugby.com. The organizer keeps the right to change and add additional information to all of the listed terms and conditions that are not defined by the rules of EGOR federation and the contract that they made with the organizer.

FESTIVAL REGISTRATION: HOTEL PACKAGES INCLUDES: 4 nights accommodation in standard room from June 13th until June 17th on a bed and breakfast basis, return transfer from Split airport. FESTIVAL PACKAGES (165 EUR) INCLUDES: 2 spectacular Rugby Days with at least 3 games per day. Welcome party with finger food, complementary drinks and team parade with entertainment provided. Farewell formal dinner, featuring sit-down meal, presentation of awards and live entertainment Farewell Party "All night long". Shuttle transfers between the indicated arriving points and hotels, the game fields and formal reception / dinners and hotels "Happy Hour" of Beer at the Stadium during Rugby Days. HOTEL PARK***** Claiming a prime position amid the stunning shores of Split Croatia, Hotel Park offers extraordinary views and
