HOUSE RULES WOO HAH! x ROLLING LOUD 2022 IN CASE OF DOUBT OR DISCUSSION, THE FESTIVAL ORGANISATION WILL DECIDE. By purchasing an admission ticket and/or entering the event grounds, the visitor agrees to the following house rules. WOO HAH! X Rolling Loud organizers Mojo Concerts and Rolling Loud reserve the right to revise these house rules. These house rules are subject to the general admission conditions of Mojo Concerts and Rolling Loud. Violation of the house rules can lead to denying access to the event site without a refund. OWN RISK/LIABILITY Entering the location where the event takes place and attending the event is at the visitor's own risk, in the sense that Mojo Concerts and Rolling Loud accept no liability whatsoever for damage caused by said entering or attending, such as hearing, sight, and other physical impairments. ABOUT YOUR TICKET AND YOUR WRISTBAND: Festival tickets for WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud 2022 are sold by name only. This way, we ensure that no unwanted brokering can occur and that all fans have an equal chance of attending the festival for the price set by the organizer. You need to own a valid, undamaged entry ticket and valid identification (valid driver's license, passport, or identity card) during the festival and the camping sites. Purchased entry tickets will not be taken back. Upon showing your ticket, you will receive a one-time festival wristband at the entrance. This wristband must be worn on your wrist throughout your visit to WOO HAH!. Straps that are not on your wrist are not valid, and they may not change owner. When illegality is discovered, for example, fake tickets, fraud with wristbands, or climbing over fences, access will be denied, and the police will be informed. You are responsible for your own ticket and wristband. WOO HAH x Rolling Loud will not provide a new wristband in case of loss, be careful! If your festival wristband breaks, please get in touch with the staff at the entrance immediately. Bring your broken wristband and proof of purchase with you. If a WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud staff member or other authorized authority asks to see your festival wristband, you are expected to show it upon the first request. OPENING HOURS AND PAYMENT The festival site is open on the following times: Friday: 5.00 pm – 3.00 am Saturday: 1.30 pm – 3.00 am Sunday: 1:30 pm – 0.30 am
The camping area is accessible from Friday 10.00 am and closes on Monday 12.00 pm. Please note that permanent accommodations such as jungalows must be delivered on Monday at 10.00 am. During WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud we work with tokens. These can be purchased with cash or debit card at the various token sales points on the festival grounds and the camping site. In addition to cash and debit cards, WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud Festival accepts the following credit cards: • ATM Pay Systems: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa & American Express • ATM Payfield (mini’s): Maestro, Mastercard & Visa • PIN counter terminals Pay Systems: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa & American Express Visa Electron is not accepted at any of the ATMs/terminals. AGE WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud is a 16+ festival. Visitors under the age of 16 will not be admitted. Visitors under the age of 18 will receive a different wristband upon arrival at the event site, with which you can't order alcoholic beverages or cigarettes. ALCOHOL & TOBACCO Visitors under 18 are not allowed to bring, buy or consume alcohol/tobacco. At the request of bar staff, security, or other authorized persons, you must show proof of identity. Visitors under 18 years of age will receive a different wristband, which will not allow them to order alcohol and/or tobacco. Visitors over 18 years of age who pass alcohol to minors are also punishable. In both cases, if you are found, your wristband will be cut, and we will remove you from the festival. Sealed, tight refill packs for e-cigarettes will only be allowed in the camping areas with a maximum of 50 ml of liquid (plastic) refills. PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDINGS Professional photographic, film, and sound equipment may not be taken onto the premises. Professional equipment includes, for example, cameras with interchangeable lenses and reflex cameras. Video cameras, camcorders, and other (sound) recording equipment are not allowed. The judgment of whether professional equipment is used is solely up to the organization of WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud. WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud will confiscate illegally obtained recordings! Cell phones with photo and video capabilities and simple digital cameras are allowed. SAFETY When entering the festival as a visitor, you may be searched. We expect your cooperation in this, and if you refuse, we will deny you access to the festival. If you are visibly under the influence of
alcohol and/or drugs, you will not be admitted to the festival. The Dutch Opium law also applies to the festival and camping site of WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud. Trade-in soft drugs and hard drugs are forbidden, as is the possession of hard drugs. Other mind- altering substances are also not allowed on the festival grounds. Think about the safety of yourself and your fellow visitors. Crowd surfing is not allowed. The festival area is located on a lake, and how tempting the water may look, swimming is prohibited. For the safety of visitors and staff, camera surveillance takes place on and around the event grounds. SECURITY AND PRIVACY You should always have your identification in your pocket, just like in the rest of the Netherlands. We mean your driver's license, passport, and identity card by valid identification. Regulations and instructions from WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud, security personnel, the fire department, and other authorized persons must be followed immediately in the interest of your own safety. We aim to make WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud a pleasant and safe place for all visitors. Discrimination, (sexual) intimidation, vandalism, provocation, aggression, causing a disturbance, or violence in any form whatsoever will not be tolerated. WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud reserves the right to deny visitors (further) access to the event or remove them from the festival grounds or camping site if WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud deems this reasonably necessary to maintain peace and order during the event. We ask for respect for your fellow attendee and the WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud crew, as well as the buildings, festival grounds, and accommodations. Climbing buildings, tents, and other infrastructure is also prohibited. Again, if found, your band will be cut, and removal from the festival will follow. Clothing with group texts is in principle allowed, provided they do not come across as offensive or threatening. The organization of WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud reserves the right to refuse people because of clothing with group characteristics. Entering the festival grounds and attending the program is entirely at the visitor's own risk. Please be on time for the programs in the tents because due to security, full=full. The music can be loud, so we recommend always wearing ear protection near stages. Suppose you do not have earplugs with you or lost them while partying. In that case, earplugs are available for purchase on the festival grounds. WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud accepts no liability for any damage to your hearing. Photographs or film recordings may be made during WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud for reports, the website, promotion, and suchlike. By purchasing a ticket and entering the festival grounds, the visitor gives WOO HAH x Rolling Loud permission to use these recordings for these purposes. THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS PLEASE NOTE: It is not permitted to bring large bags or backpacks onto the festival grounds. Handbags with a maximum size of A4 are excepted. This obviously does not apply to the camping site.
Food, (soft) drinks, water bottles, doppers, and similar hard plastic bottles are not allowed on or off the festival grounds except for water in plastic bottles of max. 0.5L without cap and/or one opened can. Glass is taboo on the entire festival site, including the camping site. It is also not allowed to trade goods on or around the festival grounds or camping site without prior written permission from WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud. Heavy medicines, large quantities of food, and necessary liquids because of allergy or illness are only allowed to enter with a doctor's note. Open fire is prohibited on the festival grounds and camping site. This also applies to fire baskets or garden torches. On the campsite, disposable barbecues are allowed depending on the weather forecast. Always follow the instructions of the staff. The following items are definitely not allowed on the festival grounds: Knives, (fire)weapons, spray cans (including deodorant and perfume), fireworks, flares, nitrous oxide cartridges, skates, scooters, skateboards, laser pens and other beam lights, walkie-talkies, markers, banners, cardboard/paper signs with writing on them, flags or flagpoles, (folding) chairs, stools, inflatable objects, bicycles, drones or other unmanned aerial vehicles, umbrellas or parasols, selfie sticks and any other items which, in the opinion of the WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud staff, annoying or dangerous objects. The following items may only be brought in on presentation of a medicine passport: Heavy medicine, food and liquids that are necessary in case of allergy or illness may be brought in in combination with a medicine passport (available free of charge at any pharmacy, please allow for an application time of about 3 weeks). Objects that are not allowed will NOT be kept by the organisation but will be thrown away. If you are traveling by car, you may return them to your car. Illegal items will be reported immediately to the police and handed over to them. It is not allowed to distribute flyers or hang up posters on or near the festival grounds without written permission from the WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud organisation. Graffiti and tags on the festival grounds are considered property damage and will be prosecuted as such. You may also be denied access to the festival grounds. Please arrange a sitter for your (domestic) animals as they are not allowed on the festival grounds and camping site.
CAMPING AND ACCOMMODATIONS NOTE: To access the camping area, you need a weekend ticket, including camping. If you stay in the accommodation, you will need a weekend ticket + accommodation. A day ticket or weekend ticket excluding campsite does not give access to the campsite. For more information about the campsite and permanent accommodations such as lodges or jungalows, please read the Beekse Bergen regulations. Army tents and larger ones are not allowed; also, party tents in any form are not allowed. Per person, it is allowed to bring 4.5 liters of beverages (total light-alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages). Liquor (maximum 15%) is not allowed. Please note that glassware is also prohibited on the campsite, so make sure your drink is in an unopened can or plastic. In doing so, you can also bring an appropriate amount of food. When exchanging your ticket for a camping wristband, you may bring these beverages inside. Once you have put on your wristband, you cannot bring back drinks from outside the grounds or from the parking lot. We have a supermarket, camp store, and several food trucks on-site for a delicious breakfast or midnight snack. The following items are forbidden on the campsite: Aggregates, gas installations, large gas cylinders (except gas cylinders up to 250 grams), generators, music installations, glass (except perfume and necessary medication in original glass containers up to a maximum of 50ml), more than 8 liters of beverages (total of the contents of all containers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), torches, coal barbecues, lamp oil, wood, toxic, flammable or explosive materials, drugs and other mind-altering substances, (laughing) gas cartridges, fireworks, flares, knives (except cutlery and pocket knife), weapons, bicycles, laser pens, unmanned aerial vehicles (z. g. UAV or Drones), (domestic) animals, selfie sticks, walkie-talkies, provocative clothing/expressions, and other dangerous objects. The following items are allowed in the campground: Disposable, single-use barbecues, hammers for tent pegs, cutlery, pocket knife, GoPro's, flags, flag poles, power bank/battery packs for charging cell phones, simple speakers for listening to music at an acceptable level, binoculars, sunscreen, lens solution, battery-powered hand fans. Sealed, tight refill packs for e-cigarettes will only be allowed in the camping areas with a maximum of 50 ml of liquid (plastic) refills. In the event of a reasonable suspicion of prohibited substances/objects (as mentioned above) in a tent on the campsite, the organization can request permission from (one of) the tent occupants to inspect the tent. If this permission is refused, the organization reserves the right to deny the occupant(s) of the tent in question access to the event and remove the occupant(s) from the grounds without refund.
The campsite closes on Monday at 12:00, so you should have left with your stuff by then. Please set your alarm on time, from 10 am we will wake you up. PLEASE NOTE: fixed accommodations such as jungalows must be vacated by Monday at 10:00. There are a limited number of lockers on the campsite, but leave expensive or valuable items at home as much as possible. WOO HAH! x Rolling Loud organisation, is not responsible for loss or damage of (valuable) property. In case of violation of the house- and behavioral rules, access will be denied without restitution of the entrance fee. PARKING AREAS The parking lot will not be guarded. Parking is therefore at your own risk, and the organisation accepts no liability for loss of or damage to the vehicle (or its contents). The organisation reserves the right to conduct camera surveillance. This surveillance will take place in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. The parking lot can only be used for (RDW-approved) passenger cars and motorcycles. The parking of buses, trucks etc. is not allowed. The organisation reserves the right to refuse certain vehicles if it suspects that the vehicle, given its size and/or weight, or the goods it is carrying, may cause damage to the environment. The Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic and Traffic Signals Regulations apply in the parking lot. Drivers of vehicles and other persons who are on the parking lot (hereinafter: parkers) are required to follow the instructions of the organisation and to behave in such a way that this does not cause a nuisance to others and/or does not endanger safety. Furthermore, parkers are required to behave in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Act, additional rules pursuant to this Act and the Road Traffic and Traffic Signals Regulations. Failure to do so shall render the parker liable for any damage arising therefrom.
