We at Volunteers in Medicine America cordially

ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION
Volunteers in Medicine America, the host of VIMX 2020, is a nonprofit 501c3 organization based in
Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Since 1996, we have been helping communities across the U.S.
plan and launch free health clinics modeled after the original Volunteers in Medicine Clinic in Hilton
Head Island, South Carolina. Our network currently consists of 90 affiliated clinics in 29 states.
We also have 12 clinics in development. Volunteers in Medicine America provides educational
programs, technical assistance and other resources to its affiliated clinics. Our federal tax ID
number is 31-1467440.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
VIMX 2020, to be held April 2-4 at the Omni Jacksonville Hotel, is the biennial national conference
of Volunteers in Medicine clinics, clinics in development, national partners, suppliers to the
free clinic sector, and friends. We are expecting 125 or more attendees. For further details

Among the highlights of this meeting
will be reception and tour of the
Volunteers in Medicine clinic in
Jacksonville.

with corresponding benefits and

or organization. All sponsorships include
complimentary conference registration and exhibit space. If none of the sponsorship levels are
quite right for your company, we will be happy to customize a solution that better fits your needs.

EXHIBITING
Exhibit set-up will take place at the Omni Jacksonville Hotel from 10:00am – 12:00pm on Thursday,
April 2nd. Conference registration begins at 12:00pm and the first plenary session starts at 2:30pm.
We ask that exhibits remain up through the mid-afternoon break on Friday, April 3rd, which ends
around 3:30pm. Each exhibit space comes with skirted table, two chairs, and electrical access.
OMNI JACKSONVILLE HOTEL
VIMX 2020 will take place in the lovely Omni Jacksonville Hotel on the St. John’s River in downtown
Jacksonville. Located just steps from the St. John’s Riverwalk, the Omni Jacksonville Hotel pairs
southern hospitality with contemporary luxury. Situated in the heart of downtown, this luxury hotel
puts you steps away from Jacksonville’s most popular cultural and business districts. The hotel
is about 15 miles from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). The group rate for hotel rooms is
