     264A Coronation Ave, New Plymouth

     Welbourn is a suburb of New Plymouth, in the western North Island of New Zealand. It is located to the
     southeast of the city centre. Te Henui Stream runs through the suburb and State Highway 3 forms its
     western boundary. According to the 2013 New Zealand census, Welbourn has a population of 1,842, an
     increase of 144 people since the 2006 census. There were 897 males and 945 females. Schools close by
     are Highlands Intermediate, Welbourn Primary, Brooklands Kindergarten, St Pius School, New Plymouth
     Boys High School, New Plymouth Girls High School and W.I.T.T. Brooklands Bowl, Pukekura Park, Tennis
     Club and New Plymouth Racecourse all very close and easy walk to destinations.
