Dear Friends,
The Jewellery Industry Bootcamp and Expo is an industry-first event designed to provide an open learning educational Bootcamp
with sessions specifically chosen to benefit wholesale and manufacturers, retailers and students within the jewellery industry.
Often it is only retailers that get the chance to participate in excellent conferences either via their Buying Group or
international shows. This Bootcamp Conference is designed specially to give the industry a chance to unite in a positive
learning environment where we can all provide input and learn the tools required to succeed in an ever-changing
modern retail landscape. Wholesalers and manufacturers need to share in this learning as much as anyone to provide retailers
the necessary items required to sell products.
This Jewellery Industry Bootcamp and Expo will focus on all that’s required to succeed in business in 2020 and beyond with
specific sessions on modern customer service, delivering a point of difference in the marketplace and providing a toolbox of
ideas and resources to assist you to embrace the ever-evolving digital landscape.
We hope to offer a relaxed learning environment with ample time to network and learn from your peers and mentors in a
convenient one-stop-shop location. The Bootcamp is cleverly aligned with the dates of the major Reed Gift Fair at the ICC to
allow visitors to attend our Trade Show at the conclusion of the Bootcamp Conference and provides a cost-effective solution for
our retail and supply partners.
We will conclude the Conference with a Trade Show offering to look at new product ranges and re-stock after the busy
Christmas trading period.

THE CONFERENCE AGENDA
The Conference will run for two days and includes a Networking Cocktail Function and an optional Social Dinner,
with the Trade Show Day following on the Monday. The focus of the Conference is to provide education and insights
suitable to both retailers and suppliers.

Please note the Trade Show is open to the entire jewellery industry. It is not limited in attendance to Conference
Delegates only, and is intended as a way to facilitate trade between suppliers and retailers, especially for restocking
after Christmas and preparing stores for 2020.

Stick around and take some time to hang out with your peers at a relaxing optional dinner on Sunday 23rd.

Then come by and see whats new at our trade show day on Monday 24th. As a smaller, trestle table set up
enjoy the causal and informal vibe as you meet with suppliers and see what they have to offer for 2020.
Can’t make the conference? This day is still open, and free to attend, for all who work in jewellery industry.
Standard security checks and screening processes apply; pre-register online for quick and easy access to the
trade show floor.
