Do not purchase a 'glad neck' or 'open neck' shirt. We are also introducing the concept of formal and informal school uniforms. At Karstveld Academy we strive for excellence in all areas, and this includes the image we portray to the world. Our students should take pride in their appearance and look neat and respectful when interacting with the public. In any instance where a student is representing the school, he/she will be obligated to wear formal school wear. However, in our climate this attire is not always practical and comfortable, and therefore students will wear informal school wear on regular school days. The difference between the formal and informal school uniform are the ties and blazers.
