developed and designed a full electric driven airless sprayer for
protective coating materials.
Offering a flexible alternative to conventional air operated sprayers as
it works on single phase, 230 Volt (15 Amp) or 110 Volt (25 Amp) power
supply.
The electric drive offers great energy efficiency, eliminates all icing
issues and lower noise levels drastically”

How does it work?
//////////////////
▶ A brushless DC motor drives the lower pump
through a pinion/rack assembly
▶ An encoder measures stroke length and position to
generate change-over
▶ Fluid pressure is regulated by a potentiometer
which acts like a pressure-regulator

Lower pump is a proven “Xtreme” design with a
rupture disk safety device
▶ Large ported inlet valves and outlets for higher solid
material
▶ Easy to service and to repair with little to no tools

▶ Lower pumps can easily be changed to switch

electronics
Features

Electronics are protected against high or low voltage,
but not against wrong wiring
▶ Control will warn if input voltage is outside the
specified parameters
– Between 110 and 250 Volt AC, single phase
Electronics are protecting the unit against extreme
temperatures to avoid motor failures
▶ Extended time stalled under pressure will move
unit into a “standby-mode”. Fluid movement
through the gun will clear that mode
