BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Provisionally book your chosen festive event.
Pay a deposit of £10.00 per person to secure the booking, due within seven days of holding the date.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payments. You are required to pay the final
balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders and submit meal pre-orders, by Friday 2 November, with the exception of Christmas Day and
New Year’s Eve packages, which are due by Friday 30th November. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can
be made.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. These conditions apply to all guests attending Christmas programme events (Event). 2. All Events are subject to availability. 3. All provisional programme bookings must be confirmed Cheque Enclosed (All cheques must have cheque guarantee card number) Cash Paid Credit Card
within seven days of booking and a deposit of £50.00 per person for New Year’s Eve and £10.00 per person for all other Events is due upon confirmation. 4. All bookings must also be
accompanied by a signed booking form and any bookings not confirmed after seven days will be released without further notification. 5. All balances must be paid in full prior to 30th
November 2018, with the exception of any bookings for events held in 2019, which must be paid by 16th November 2018. All bookings made after these dates must be paid in full within
