This massage treatment uses traditional Swedish techniques to ease tightness and tension from the muscles which in turn improves general wellbeing. Massage pressure will be adapted to suit client’s needs. Soothe your overworked senses with warm sweet orange & mandarin essential oil. We will ease your pain & stress and calm your nervous system with gentle flowing rhythmic massage pressure. Melt muscle tension & tightness with a deep massage, working on specific points of the body to alleviate deep seated knots. An ancient form of massage which has been used for centuries to deeply relax. Heated volcanic basalt stones are used to rebalance and soothe the tired mind & body. The penetrating heat from the stones is used to massage the body leaving you in a high state of relaxation. Combining safe, tried and tested pregnancy massage techniques to alleviate aches & pains. The ultimate in comfort and relaxation relieving tension and fatigue. Please note this treatment can only be performed after your 1st trimester (16 weeks). We ease stress & tension from your back, neck and shoulders using a special blend of sweet orange & mandarin anti stress oil. Warm coconut oil is trickled onto your scalp and the therapist preforms a slow and deeply relaxing scalp massage. We finish off this blissful treatment with a lower leg and foot massage using a cooling gel, leaving you feeling like you are walking on air! 5

& scalp using nourishing warm coconut oil. Excellent for people
who suffer from tension headaches & sinusitis.
This wonderful treatment is a holistic alternative to ear syringing!
Can help alleviate sinus blockages, migraines, headaches, TMJ
and can clear out a build-up of excess ear wax from the ear canals.
It is soothing, warming and relaxing and we perform a pressure
point face and scalp massage using a special blend of eucalyptus,
lavender and mandarin essential oils.
Relax and unwind as your body is smothered with warm oil and
mineral rich sea salt to smooth and purify your skin. We cocoon
you in a layer of warm skin hydrating body mask while your stress
and tension is melted away with a soothing scalp massage. Finished
with the ultimate luxury of warm candle massage to melt away your
worries, saturate your senses and deeply soften your skin.
Detoxify, re-mineralise & re-energise your skin with a sea salt &
seaweed scrub leaving your skin silky smooth. We begin this skin
softening treatment with a top to toe stimulating body brushing
then we vigorously work warm scrub into your skin. You rinse off
in the shower and we finish off this treatment with a moisturising
body cream or body butter.
A wonderful treatment for tired heavy legs and fluid retention.
Includes a foot & leg scrub, a lymphatic massage and an
application of a cooling and toning gel leaving your legs and feet

This specialised body treatment is excellent for people who suffer

ingredients. They do not contain parabens, SD Alcohol, mineral oil or lanolin.
All our facials are hands on and include a pressure point face, scalp,
hand & arm massage. We will analyse your skin and recommend
the most suitable facial for your skin type.

Chiropodist. Please advise us at time of booking if you have any of these foot problems or
ailments. Please also let us know if you have gel polish (shellac) on your fingers or toes at time
of booking. We do not remove acrylic or gel nails nor do we offer these nail services. Please
bring along open toed sandals or flip flops for pedicures to allow the nails to dry properly.

14The Beauty Bank gift vouchers are available for all special occasions. We
also accept Talbot hotel gift cards which can be purchased from the hotel
reception. We are also partnered with SPA’S .IE where their gift vouchers
can be used at The Beauty Bank. The Beauty Bank gift vouchers are valid
for 12 months from the date of purchase, they cannot be exchanged for
money and refunds are not available.
Please note Talbot Hotel & Talbot Suite guests have complimentary
use of the leisure facilities – pool, sauna, steam room & Jacuzzi and we
recommend that clients use these facilities before all treatments at our
salon. Clients who are not resident at the Talbot can use these facilities
at a cost which is payable to Talbot fitness, this can be arranged for you at
the time of your treatment booking.
We require all clients to arrive 10 mins before your treatment to fill out
a client consultation form. This information is strictly confidential and
is not shared with any third party. Your medical details and history
is required by us to make sure treatments are suitable for you. Some
treatments may not suitable for people who have low/high blood
pressure, heart problems, cancer, diabetes, expectant mothers, please
inform us if you have any of these conditions at the time of booking. We
can tailor treatments to suit you. Late arrivals may result in a reduction
of your treatment time.
Please be advised that children are not permitted on the premises and all
clients must be over 16 to receive all treatments.
We operate a strict cancellation policy whereby cancellations can only be
accepted 24 hours in advance. Please contact us within a reasonable time
to cancel so we can facilitate other clients.
We are easy to find. Follow the signs for Talbot Fitness and from the 1st
floor of the hotel, The Beauty Bank is located beside the gym.
All treatments, offers and package prices are subject to change.
