Lose your inhibitions and get lost in Bendy’s
latest pole choreography. Learn a full routine
and perform it alongside Bendy and the rest of
the class, whilst getting fully immersed in the Level:

In this workshop, you will feel the cardio
benefits that you don’t always get from regular
pole classes. Bendy is known for her quirky
choreography, story telling, low flow and
musicality and this is one of her favourite classes
to teach.

The workshop choreography is completely rotated 2 hours

This workshop is all about finding your balance!
Learn the physics behind pole and apply this to
floor handstands, pole handstands and aerial
pole balances. Level:

One of the key aspects to flexibility training is creativity!
Level:
Keeping stretching fresh, fun and inspirational will help you to
continue or kick start your flexibility progression.
All levels
In this workshop you will learn creative sequences and series
created by Bendy. It will incorporate dance, anatomy, partner welcome
stretches and contortion, and is guaranteed to leave you feeling
inspired!
This intensive flexibility workshop can include: innovative warm
up/conditioning sequences, full head to toe warm up, full spinal
opening exercises, spinal strengthening and conditioning,
contortion, back bends, bridges, needlescales, closed lunges
and bridges, chest stand tips, PNF stretching, active stretching,

wall stretching, middle split miracle exercises, acro stretches, 2 hours

o enable Bendy to travel to your studio, she will need a minimum of 2 masterclasses with a
PRIVATE LESSONS minimum of 8 people in each. She is able to teach for maximum 4 hours per day.
• VAT is chargeable on all UK Workshops, but does not apply to any workshops outside of the UK.

of private tuition alongside masterclass if the total income exceeds £1000.
