PROPOSED ITINERARY FOR THE
FRIGHTMARE FESTIVAL OF RUGBY
GLOUCESTERSHIRE
You tour will be based at Croft Farm Waterpark in chalet accommodation located just outside
Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, where rugby is very much part of the local tradition. Croft Farm’s
unique onsite facilities include a log cabin clubhouse, with evening entertainment on selected
weekends, and a water sports centre offering brilliant activities such as raft building, katakanuing &
archery, so there will be plenty to keep the group entertained. Your tour could include an optional
trip to watch a Gallagher Premiership match at either Rugby World Cup Venue Kingsholm in
Gloucester or Sixways in Worcester. Of course because it’s Halloween we can arrange for you to visit
the renowned Frightmare at Over Farm, which is certainly not for the faint hearted!
On arrival at Croft Farm, once you have checked in you

Halloween Fun-day
Today will be a free day to enjoy at your leisure a team building or water sports activity at your
accommodation. Alternatively, you may wish to travel to nearby Kingsholm or Sixways to watch
Gloucester Rugby or Worcester Warriors play a Gallagher Premiership Match (subject to fixture
scheduling).
As dusk settles take the trip to the extremly popular and renowned Halloween Frightmare at Over
Farm. This year there are seven different attractions, where you will be pushed to your limits by live
entertainers. You can also expect Close up magic, Stage performances, Roaming monsters, Large
Food Court & Bar. Be prepared to be scared!!! Very scared.

Younger ages have a brilliant option, Spookyard. They have a full fun packed set of activities to
enjoy from tractor trailer rides, picking your own pumpkin from pumpkin patch and carving a
spooky pumpkin design and some fascinating shows!

We will arrange a Festival of Rugby where all touring teams such as yourself will join local sides to
enjoy a day of rugby before your journey home.

Worcester Warriors Matchday Experience
General Information
Experience the thrill of a matchday first-hand and get close to the action.
Go behind the scenes before the match and sit in the first-team dressing
room where your favourite Warriors stars will be preparing moments later.
Meet up with a couple of professional players to see how they train during
the week and what they do to build themselves up for the game, before
having your own bespoke training session. Then you’ll return to the stadium
and as game-time approaches, you and your teammates will do a lap of
the stadium pitch, waving to the crowd and soaking up the atmosphere
before forming a guard of honour to welcome the players onto the pitch.

COACH
Your coach size will be selected on the number in your group in order to keep our prices competitive.
Sizes can range from 25 – 48 seater coaches, with a limited number of larger and double decker
coaches with capacities of up to 75 passengers. Should you have a small party and wish to have a
larger coach please inform us and we will happily provide you with details of the necessary
supplements. Similarly should you feel your numbers will require a double decker please also inform
us immediately as availability for these is restricted. If your numbers exceed 48 and a larger capacity
coach is not available, then we would need to recalculate your tour cost based on the most economic
option for your group.
