fee is for the recommended hosting package, i.e. the server space/power you’d ideally need. If your actual users are less than the number registered on your site, you
may save money by choosing a lower level hosting package to upgrade later if you need to. You don’t get charged more If you acquire more registered users, unless you
need to upgrade your hosting package for better site performance.
