    NOTE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks scored in online Entrance
         Examination to be conducted by BARTI→ BARTI-MPSC-CET-2018 to be
         Conducted on 04/11/2017

      General Instructions about application for BARTI-MPSC- CET-2018
       1. Online application form is available on our website
           https://barti.maharashtra.gov.in
        under Notice Board on link BARTI-MPSC-CET-2018- APPLY.
     2. Eligibility:
       Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates Residents of slum area or Residents of
          Rural area of Maharashtra State.
       Graduate in any Discipline as on 1st September,2017 eligible to appear in MPSC
          (State Services) Prelim Examination-2018.
       Age limit minimum 19 years as on 1st April, 2017
       Age limit maximum 43 years as on 1st April, 2017

    Note: The candidate, who has already availed the benefits of sponsorship by
          BARTI to
         1) Prestigious Coaching Institutes in Delhi year (2015,2016,2017)
         2) Residential coaching at Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad year (2015-2016)
         3) Residential coaching at Yashada & SIAC (Pre-IAS Center)

(Aurangabad, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Amrawati, Nashik) year (2015, 2016, 2017)
     programme for the coaching of UPSC (Civil Services)Examination, are not eligible to
     apply.

2. Candidates have to apply by filling the application form online, on or before
     24 th Oct 2017

   4. While filling the online application form, candidate should take care of
     particulars like correct name, birth date, e-mail id, mobile number, address,
     Aadhaar card no. and Certificate of residents from slum or Rural Area, selection
     of BARTI-MPSC-CET-2018 Exam Centre, etc.
  5. Candidate can apply only once with one valid e-mail id only. If any candidate
    applies more than once, then the first application will only be considered
    and the other application will be rejected.

  6. BARTI-MPSC-CET-2018-Examination will be conducted at any city in
     Maharashtra. Candidates have to select any one exam centre at the time of filling
     the application form. No request for change in exam centre will be entertained
     after submission of application form.
  7. Candidates have to take into consideration that she or he will attend the
     entrance examination by their own expenses. Travelling Allowance will not be
     provided to the candidates for attending the examination.

   8. Selected candidates will be sponsored to UPSC Academia, Pune in
     Maharashtra, for free Non-residential coaching of MPSC (State Services)
     Examination-2018.

  9. BARTI reserves the final right to change selection criteria of candidates
      at any time. BARTI reserves the right to amend intake capacity, nature and
     duration of the training program at any time.However, BARTI's decision will be
     final.
  10. Online e-Admit Card will be available on BARTI's web site, under the link
    name BARTI-MPSC-CET-2018-ADMIT CARD, on or after 31st Oct to 04th
    November 2017.
 11. Venue of Examination Centre, Date and timing of examination will be
    mentioned on Admit Card only. Candidates will not be communicated by any
    other mode of communication.

                The Pattern of Question Paper for BARTI-MPSC-CET-2018

    Examination will be conducted online in two sessions. Question Paper is divided into two papers,
    Paper –I (General Studies) and Paper – II (CSAT) of 100 marks each (total 200 marks).

   The nature of examination is objective.

   It is mandatory for the candidate to appear for both the Papers of the Entrance Examination
    for the purpose of evaluation. Therefore a candidate will be disqualified in case she / he does
    not appear in both the papers of the Entrance Examination.

    Question paper will be made available in both Marathi and English languages as per MPSC (State
    Services) Preliminary Examination.

       Brief description of the question paper is as follows:

      Negative Marking Scheme - One third of the total marks allotted for that
        question will be deducted for each wrong answer marked by the candidate.

Selection Procedure: .

1. The candidates who will qualify in entrance examination BARTI-MPSC- CET- 2018
    will be selected for the coaching of MPSC (State Services) Examination – 2018,
    at UPSC Academia, Pune Maharashtra according to ascending order of merit.
 2. The final merit will be decided on the basis of total marks obtained by the
    candidate in both the papers {Paper – I (GS) and Paper – II (CSAT)} of
    BARTI- MPSC-CET- 2018
 3. In case if two or more candidates are scoring similar marks, BARTI Reserves the
    right to decide the eligibility criteria for the selection of students.
 4. While selecting candidates, for the coaching of MPSC (State services)
     Examination - 2018, at prestigious coaching institutes in, Pune, 30% of total
     seats will be reserved for Women Candidates and 3% of total seats will be
     reserved for Physically challenged candidates.
 5. Top 50 candidates will be selected for the coaching of MPSC (State Services)
     Examination – 2018, at UPSC Academia in Pune. The number may increase or
     decrease.
 6. First merit list of the selected candidates will be uploaded on our
     website https://barti.maharashtra.gov.in.
 7. Second merit list will be declared only if the selected candidate in first
     merit list does not take admission till the last date for admission declared by
      BARTI, Pune.
  8. Selected candidates will have to join coaching at UPSC Academia in PUNE
      as allocated by BARTI, Pune to the candidate, in the month of -----       November ,
       2017.
  9. Selected candidates must compulsory follow rule of attendance
       decided by BARTI . If the students are not following the attendance rules
       decided by BARTI, they will not be eligible for monthly stipend.
       It is compulsory for the candidate to do biometric attendance twice a day (In &
       Out)
 10. Selected candidates will be required to e-mail scan copy of the following
   Documents on, onlineexam@barti.in and bring the original documents for
   verification at BARTI, Pune or at any other place as may be notified by BARTI,
   failure to which the candidature of the candidates will not be considered.

  NOTE: In case of Physically challenged candidates, they shall submit their certificate of disability
          at the time of examination and to the respective coaching centre before the
          commencment of the coaching.

11. The required documents are as follows:
         1 SSC certificate or Date of Birth Certificate
         2. Certificate of Graduation
         3.Caste Certificate
         4.Caste Validity Certificate
         5.Income Certificate of parents (income from all the sources)
         6.Domicile Certificate (Residents of slum area or Rural area)
         7.Copy of admit card for BARTI-MPSC-CET-2018
         8.In case the candidate is employed, his/ her Income Certificate
         9. Adhar Card (UID)/ PAN Card
             10. Two Passport size photograph

12.   Selected candidates, who are willing to take admission for the coaching
      of MPSC (State Services) Examination-2018, at UPSC Academia at
      Pune in Maharashtra, will have to sign and submit to BARTI, Pune, an
      Undertaking on Rs. 500/- stamp paper and will have to abide by the
      terms and conditions of BARTI, Pune, mentioned in the undertaking.

13 . Selected candidates will have to join coaching , at UPSC Academia at
      Pune allocated by BARTI, Pune to the candidate in the month of November
     2017.

14. BARTI reserves the right to evaluate the candidate's merit.

Facilities

Facilities for candidates selected by BARTI-MPSC-CET-2018, for Free Non -
Residential Coaching of MPSC (State Services) Examination - 2018 at UPSC
Academia at Pune in Maharashtra.

1.Coaching fee to be charged by the UPSC Academia at PUNE in Maharashtra
  will, be paid by BARTI.

2.Upto Rs. 9,000 /- per month stipend will be paid to each candidate for
 miscellaneous expenditure during the coaching period.

3. Rs .6000/- cash only one time for book set or book set during training period.

NOTE: 1) No representation after decision will be entertained
        2) Undue demands or misbehavior through complaints, any
          kind of pressure from any source by any candidate shall
          disqualify her /him from any or all of the above scheme of
          above BARTI.
